25.01.2022 Today sees a beautiful sunny day with roof tilers, chippies & brickies hard at it. Also this week, we've had the electricians on site providing the long awaited power throughout this stage for all villas.

24.01.2022 There's not too many leaves left on the trees to the rear of Karrara House now, so winter is upon us. This week sees the roofers finishing the pointing on Villa 31. The roofers will move on to Villa 36 next and once that is done there's only one more roof to go. A quick run-down on what's happening on the villas: ... 07.01.2022 The roofs are now all completed. The gyprocking is nearly at completion with Villa 29 presently being worked on, leaving just Villa 35 to be done. The three Bowenfels villas are progressing well with their timber floors already laid.
