24.01.2022 SHAME NRMA !! My customer of 30years was involved in a motor veichle accident on Saturday morning. He organised me tow the veichle from the scene of accident t...o our panel shop. He came back with me so he could lodge his claim so he could his veichle repaired with us. Little did he know when he re-newed his policy with the nrma he didnt have choice of his own repairer. He tried his hardest to still get his veichle repaired with us but still nrma steered him to their own partnered repairer ? And thats his only option ? The customer is very upset. After this claim he is going to take his insurance else where. And your so called partner repairer said he wont get his veichle back for 3months I hope you guys are proud

18.01.2022 New legislation has passed in parliament that any body getting caught using a mobile phone whilst driving or whilst the engine is running will lose their drivers licenses the spot for 3 months. No excuse will be tolerated or accepted by a police officer. As soon as you get into your vehicle turn on the Bluetooth of the car & phone. If you dont have Bluetooth technology you have to safely pull over switch off your car engine then you may answer you mobile phone. Keep in mind that even though you have pulled over & your engine is running you will still cop the full wrath of the law. So turn off your car engine if you dont have Bluetooth, prior to answering your mobile phone.

07.01.2022 To our valued customers, RE: Coronavirus (COVID-19) ln light of the present situation, I feel it necessary to write to advise of what steps we are taking in response to the Coronavirus. The health and safety of our staff and our customers is our highest priority therefore every effort to minimise risk and alleviate concerns is paramount. Effective immediately, we have implemented the following measures.... The purchasing of a mobile hand washing station which will be available to all visitors. This will be located outside our Office door whereby visitors may wash their hands before entry to our premises. We will encourage the practice of "social distancing" with all visitors and have provided sufficient pens for single use. Tissues are provided throughout all areas and hand sanitizer (when available). All surfaces within the Office will be disinfected periodically throughout the day including door handles, telephone handsets, desk tops etc. All vehicles that arrive at our premises for repair will be subjected to a stringent cleansing process consisting of utilising disinfectant to cleanse all exterior door handles, interior door handles, steering wheel and gear lever. Car keys will be sanitized. We also understand you may be dubious about visiting businesses at this time. To alleviate your concerns, we offer the following service at no charge Pick-up and delivery service utilising our tow truck (tilt tray) for those who wish to obtain a quote or deliver their vehicle for repair but do not wish to come to our premises. Our driver (wearing a mask and gloves) will collect their vehicle and return to our premises whereby the vehicle will undergo the above process of cleansing before quoting/repair takes place. Once complete, the vehicle will be returned to the customer having undergone another cleansing process, along with their sanitized keys. We are confident that the introduction of these measures will assist in maintaining the health of our staff and your customers and appreciate your co-operation and understanding at this time. Yours sincerely, Jodie & Fem Karras
