05.01.2022 We are conducting a survey to gauge the potential users of a Mens Shed when constructed in Karratha. We require this information for a couple of reasons: 1. Grant applicants need to show that money would be well utilised; and... 2. The City of Karratha needs to ensure that there are sufficient potential users & community need. Please take the time to complete this short survey. If you are a group that deals health issues and other community support please contact us if you are willing to provide a letter of support. https://surveyhero.com/c/ecea8dd1

04.01.2022 A catch up will be held tonight at Millars Well, Thursday 8th October, commencing at 6pm. Come on down & here where we are at with the planning & hopefully future construction. Pictured below is the shed that has been purchased & is currently in storage. We are hoping to get approvals to reconstruct at Millars Well.

01.01.2022 Community Support Required - Please share This Survey has previously been circulated but as we are now getting closer to a decision being made by the City of Karratha in regards to a Shed Location at Millars Well it is time to allow those who have not previously had the opportunity to complete the survey now.... When we last circulated the survey we had 185 people complete it from 684 people who viewed it. We would like to encourage those who viewed it but did not complete it to please do so. It takes about 3 1/2 minutes.

01.01.2022 Great work by Rotary International - Changing Lives

01.01.2022 Due to the current situation with the Corona Virus, there will be no monthly shed meetings into the foreseeable future. We will advise here when we are resuming. I can advise that our Incorporation has come through & we are now the Karratha Community Mens Shed Inc. The City of Karratha is going to be carrying out an Engineering Study into two (2) sites at Millars Well to see which one will be suitable.... How this will progress now with the current situation is unknown. The committee is still meeting & will advise progress here. Keep safe & keep well.
