24.01.2022 Things were a little quieter at NetsetGO this week with the Tambrey students at school their carnival. That didn’t stop the Yellow Team and Coach Cindy from trying out some new drills

22.01.2022 And that’s a wrap!! We hope all the kids had as much fun as we did this season. We are so proud of how far they come in 8 short weeks. It was great to see our ‘Net’ teams start to develop some netball fundamentals. The ‘Set’ teams displayed an awesome attitude to respectful and fair play. We hope they have all left with a greater understanding of the game of netball. We’d like to thank you all for participating and can’t wait to see you next year.... We would also like to thanks all the parents who helped us out throughout the year. It is always appreciated. This year was the first year any of our amazing coaches and coordinators had done NetSetGo and we can’t thank them enough. As with all children’s sport, there is so much work and preparation that goes on behind the scenes. We have all learnt a lot and can’t wait for an even better season next year. Keep an eye on this page for information regarding the next season. We hope you all enjoy your school holidays and for those of you lucky enough to go away, travel safe. Thanks again! Stacey & Jenna

20.01.2022 We hope all our NetSetGoers have had a safe and happy holiday period and are settling back into school. We are already full steam ahead with preparations for the 2021 NetSetGo program and planning for a Term 2 program this year (assuming there are no COVID interruptions). As always, we are seeking volunteer coaches and parent helpers. The number of children we can open this program too is completely dependant on the number of coaches we can get. 18.01.2022 Just a quick reminder that if your child does not have a water bottle, they won't be able to participate. Coaches will ask them to just sit and watch if they don't have water. While there are water fountain facilities at the courts water bottles are still mandatory as it is too hard for coaches to monitor children coming and going.... Thanks in advance and look forward to seeing you all this afternoon.

17.01.2022 At this stage we don't have enough coaches to run this program so we are calling all volunteers! No experience is necessary! 16.01.2022 Hi Everyone, As you are aware registrations were opened last week for this year's NetSetGo Program. We have had a truly overwhelming response and we decided to increase the number of spaces to try to help ensure no child missed out. As a result of this we have made the decision to change the time of the sessions from 3.30pm to 3pm on Thursdays so we can secure bookings for the number of courts required.... I understand this may not be suitable for everyone so if this is a problem, please contact me at [email protected]. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this change but hope you understand that we are trying to accommodate as many participants as possible. Thanks

15.01.2022 And just like that our first session is done and dusted. It was amazing to see so many kids out there today. We appreciate everyone’s patience while we work through some teething issues. We apologize that the participants packs haven’t arrived but are hopefully they will be here within the week. We suspect COVID-19 is having an impact on their delivery we are still waiting for all our new equipment also. Just a reminder to parents that all children must have water bottles. If... they do not have water they won’t be able to participate. While there is a fountain available it is very hard for coaches to keep track of children coming and going (especially the little ones). We would also like to say a HUGE thank you to all of our coaches: Purple Team: Jo Pink Team: Mell Red team: Morgan & Sam Orange Team: Charley & Kirsty Blue Team: Jade Green Team: Carley Yellow Team: Cindy And of course our Coaching Coordinator Jenna. Our program wouldn’t be possible without these amazing volunteers so again thank you for your efforts. Next week you will find your coach on the same court so please head straight to them when you arrive. It would also be appreciated if parents could please be back at the courts at 3.55pm to ensure you are there to collect your child as soon as the session finishes. Looking forward to seeing you all again next week.

14.01.2022 Due to the absolutely overwhelming interest in NetSetGo this season we are unfortunately at capacity. It is unlikely there will be any further intake for this term but please keep following this page for information relating to programs for next season.
