25.01.2022 PLEASE PRAY. So far Bishop Gary and BCA have been unable to locate a suitable Senior Minister to pastor the congregation and lead the ministry into the future. Please pray earnestly that God would lead them to the man of His choosing very soon. Thank God for the faithfulness of various locums who have come and ministered during the vacancy. ... Pray that the congregation will remain strong and focused on Gospel priorities. Every Blessing.

25.01.2022 STUMBLING BLOCKS. Romans 14:13-23. Are there times when it is right to be wrong? We can be very one eyed in our opinions, and sadly very thoughtless, and hurtful, of other people who hold differing opinions, on matters that are of no consequence to salvation or holiness. Differences over matters that are neither commanded, nor forbidden, in Scripture. Matters of personal preference, and in many cases historical tradition, which when imposed on others, inevitably cause di...vision, ill will, hurt and disharmony, within the fellowship. Love, the characteristic that fulfils the law, is also the characteristic that binds us together in perfect unity. There are some things that must divide. Differences in what constitutes the basis of salvation for example, by faith or works. Differences in belief regarding the deity of Christ, and his sacrificial and substitutionary role on the cross. Differences in basic doctrinal truths. Those things need to divide. But there are many things that are completely inconsequential, and should never be the cause of division, but of love and understanding, and a willingness to be wrong for the sake of the other person. Jesus died to bring us together as His people, as His Bride, and whatever we need to do to maintain the love, peace and unity of His Body, we ought to do. We are to follow the rule of love, not the rule of freedom. Even if that means being wrong with someone else for the sake of their conscience. 21.01.2022 Christmas Day 2018 Service at 9.00am ALL WELCOME.

21.01.2022 LOVE FULFILS THE LAW. ROMANS 13:8-10. Back to our series from the letter to the Roman's this morning. What does it mean to love your neighbour as yourself?... If we truly love our neighbour as much as we love ourselves, we will not want to do anything to them that we would not want done to us. If our hearts are full of the love of God, and our wills are submitted to the Holy Spirit, the outcome must be that we will love, not hate, our neighbour as ourselves and will therefore want only the best for them. The loving Christian does not obey God’s law because of fear of the consequences of disobedience, but because he loves God and seeks to please him by loving others. What God wants will be what we want if we are living in constant submission to His Holy Spirit. It was because of love that God sent Jesus, and it was out of love that he was willing to die for us on the cross. It was love, epitomised in the life and death of Jesus, that fulfilled God’s law. James 2:8. You do well if you really fulfill the royal law according to the scripture, You shall love your neighbor as yourself. For this week's message go to kacc.org.au May the love of Jesus fill you. Every Blessing.

19.01.2022 TIME TO WAKE UP. Romans 13:11-14. Do you believe that Jesus could return before lunch today? Jesus said he would come back. The Scriptures are very clear that one day Jesus will return to this earth as judge and king. ... Do you believe it? Are you ready for it? Are we so looking forward to his return that it fills us with eagerness and anticipation? Are we looking forward to that day when we will stand with all the saints and angels in God’s presence singing praises to our God and King? Are we? We should be. For this weeks message go to kacc.org.au Every Blessing until Jesus comes back,

19.01.2022 SERVE ONE ANOTHER. Romans 15:1-13. Under the New Covenant, our Lord Jesus has granted marvellous freedom to those who belong to Him by faith. We have been freed from the penalty of sin, from spiritual death and eternal damnation. We are also freed from the encumbrances of the ceremonial laws and dietary restrictions of the Old Covenant. ... We are completely free to enjoy all the good gifts that God has so graciously given to those who trust in Jesus. But although we are permitted to enjoy that freedom, we are not commanded to do so. We are not obligated to exercise every freedom we have in Christ. The greater our love and spiritual maturity, the less important those freedoms will be to us and the more willing we will be to give up those freedoms for the sake of best serving the Lord and others, especially other believers for whom Christ died. The issue for us is not whether or not we possess freedom but how we should exercise, or waive that freedom, on the basis of how it will effect others. Being able to do that Is perfect freedom. For this week's message go to kacc.org.au Every Blessing

06.01.2022 Over 8 months and counting. Around the country, our centres have consistently provided care packs and support services to crews locked on board their vessels th...roughout the pandemic. We spoke to a captain yesterday who said he's visited most of Australia's ports since starting his contract in September 2019.
