13.01.2022 We are looking for a mature and confident person for our centre. The right candidate will have an interest in health and wellness and be quick to learn. Duties will include opening and closing, answering phones and scheduling appointments. Duties will increase as your competency moves forward. We are looking for someone to cover 3 shifts a week, 2 regular afternoon shifts and an alternating Wednesday or Saturday morning. 03.01.2022 We are Hiring. We are looking for a new part time receptionist / clinical assistant. Duties will be answering phone calls, directing clients and practitioners, data entry and scheduling with an increase of duties as experience grows. We require a professional person who is a quick learner, well presented and confident.... Shifts will consist of 2 afternoons and an alternating morning shift on Wednesday or the Saturday, a total of 13 hours a week. 02.01.2022 Chiropractic Assistant Required Karratha Wellness Centre is looking for a professional, mature, warm and organised individual to join our team as a casual Chiropractic Assistant within our multidisciplinary health clinic. Excellent communication skills are required for this front of house role, where you will greet clients, support clinicians, manage bookings, accounts, as well as assist with marketing, retail merchandising, ordering and general running’s of the business.... Competency with Apple Mac, Xero, Office, Cliniko, HICAPS, Eftpos and retail logistics is required. Experience working within a health practice and customer service front of house experience is preferred. Desirable attributes include a personal interest in health and wellness. Operating hours are (8am 12pm) & (2pm 6pm) including Saturday mornings. We are looking for a casual staff member, available to cover 13 hours per week over three shifts. This will comprise two set afternoon shifts and one alternating weekday and Saturday morning shift. You must be available for an immediate start.
