20.01.2022 Hi, everyone in the future the Training Program will not be put up on this page. Those involved will have the mouths Training Program sent to them via email so it is important to ring and give me your email if you haven't yet. So hopefully training will be back starting this week see you on the water and in the GYM.

18.01.2022 Training for week starting 25/09/2020 tonight in the rowers GYM starts at 4.30pm for Juniors then seniors 6pm to finish. Training on water rowing start at 7am Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday all rowing out of North Arm Cove 10 Merriwa Blvd. Any questions call 00478749850.

12.01.2022 Great row by Craig this morning good to have the coaches boat back on the water. Here comes all the hard work going into racing in the new year. Oh forgot to say something when we got off the water Craig that the row today we were followed by a beautiful wedge-tail eagle for about a k and 1/2!!!

04.01.2022 Wow-what a beautiful morning it was the row at north arm cove and I got to say the rowers today really impress me on how far they come along since we started there rowing programs for such a short time it's looking like you guys might be going in a race before the end of the season
