20.01.2022 Sophia guarding the new flock of hens which arrived last month. Theyre not laying yet, but hopefully we will have some small pullet eggs for the markets over the next month or so.

04.01.2022 We have our first outing at Newcastle Farmers Market this Sunday, 22nd March. YES IT IS OPEN, as it is classified as an essential food market, but with extra precautions and sanitisation to keep everyone safe. So see you there, at Broadmeadows Showgrounds, from 7 till 1, and get your super fresh, pastured eggs!

04.01.2022 Local, mobile pastured eggs (true free range, hens moved regularly to fresh pasture) available from Karuah Butchers, Newcastle Farmers Market (open every Sunday) and Speers Point Farmers Market (every 2nd and 4th Saturday each month). Happy hens, raised free of all chemicals and antibiotics, protected by mobile electric fences and Maremma Guardian dogs. The markets are still open, as they are designated essential food markets, with social distancing and regular cleaning in place. Come and shop in the sunshine and fresh air (healthier than a supermarket, and you are dealing direct with local producers providing great fresh produce).

Chemical and antibiotic free, and we are excited to advise that we are now selling at Cambridge Markets at the Sydney Entertainment Quarter ( Moore Park) every second Saturday ( starting 3rd October). Still available from Karuah Butcher, Newcastle Farmers Market ( every Sunday) and Speers Point Farmers Market ( second and fourth Saturday each month).
