25.01.2022 Meet Mat For the past few months he hasnt been able to squat past 150kgs due to knee pain. Previous to this, his 1RM on high bar was 180kgs. We started with a few mobility and activation drills. Then changed his stance and body positioning under the bar. Next minute 10kg PB (190kgs) with no knee pain. #pureforce #pureforcemethod

15.01.2022 STRENGTH TESTING 4 weeks and we have added 10kgs to her squat and 7.5kgs to her deadlift (Leticias max squat was 90kgs and deadlift 102.5kgs) Video 1 -100kgs squat and 110kgs on deadlifts! For a female to add 10kgs on to their max squat in 4 weeks is pretty incredible! Amazing effort and discipline in every session. Pleasure working with you @leticialockhartfitness

14.01.2022 6 Weeks ago Niaal came in for his consult and said he wanted to look more like Daniel Craig. (SWIPE) I think he nailed it! Eating a ton of carbs and high calories, to suit his energy expenditure his body fat dropped and lean muscle mass went up. As well as been he strongest hes been, his running endurance for soccer has increased dramatically. Almost 40 years old and pushes harder than most 20 year olds. Good job mate, this is just the start! @niaal_af .

She asked to do ICN and I said anyone can do an ICN competition and look good. But its harder to look good in a IFBB show. With a short prep of nine weeks we set out to get her stage ready. On Sunday she competed in the IFBB JL Classic, and I can honestly say I believe she held her own against seasoned competitors.
