Since then I have not been able to keep up with these beauties! So I have a question for you all. ... Should I put together a selection of sunglass bags that don’t belong to a collection as such? 16.01.2022 I’m feeling bitter and twisted tonight. So much so, I wrote to @danielandrewsmp (Very out of character for me) For anyone that doesn’t know, myself and family live in the most beautiful rural town of Garfield. However, our gorgeous country town falls under the Shire of Cardinia which is considered Metro Melbourne!... I don’t want special treatment, I just want Mr Andrews to consider us more thoughtfully as he has done with areas like Geelong, Torquay and Lorne. So here’s what I wrote. I’d love your thoughts. Good evening Mr Andrews, Could I PLEASE implore you to look into the boundary that is the Cardinia Shire a little closer. It is a huge shire with a large portion considered rural. If you could consider treating the rural townships from Nar Nar Goon through to Bunyip (covering Tynong, Garfield, Nar Nar Goon Nth, Tynong Nth, Garfield Nth and Bunyip Nth also) as part of rural Victoria restrictions it would certainly make much more sense. According to the statistics available on government websites there has not been ANY positive COVID cases in these towns. Clearly the residents of these townships know how to do the right thing and understand the importance of social distancing. I’m speaking for myself here as a resident of the very beautiful small country town of Garfield that at no point have I ever felt included as part of Metropolitan Melbourne. However, I do feel a very strong and emotional connection to the rural communities that surround myself and my family. I’ve never received free shipping for anything for being included under the metro delivery services, I’ve never been able to order Uber Eats, my children used to be fascinated by all of the yellow cars (Taxis) when we went to the city for a day out. We are definitely NOT part of Metro Melbourne! So PLEASE Mr Andrews, I’m begging you to have a look more closely at our region and give us more consideration. Thank you for your time.

15.01.2022 I’ve had some more fun playing with shapes recently. I’ve had the opportunity to showcase @tilda_australia Tiny Farm collection and thought I’d trial a new shape to feature it. It’s the sweetest little range of prints in subtle colours, featuring farm houses, farm animals and pretty florals. I think the rounded shape compliments the fabric beautifully.

09.01.2022 I’m so proud of my essential oil bags. Every pocket is sewn individually to protect those precious oils. I don’t use elastic for the pockets as the oils erode elastic over time and the bags are padded for extra protection too. If you’re an oil lover you’ll will love these bags.

04.01.2022 Over sharing post ahead tonight Over the years I have been asked why I don’t share my family on social media. And I completely understand that people are interested and invested in the businesses they choose to support... When I started this business (which coincidentally was about the time this pic was taken) hubby and I decided that sharing images of the kids was not something we wanted to do, and there was a couple of reasons why. 1. We wanted to keep the girls a little protected from the beast that social media can become. And 2. Honestly, they’re just like everyone else’s kiddos, nothing to see here As time has gone on and I have listened to many podcasts, read a lot of information about and am still doing social media courses on creating affinity with your audience I have wondered if it was the right decision. But with Kashya, my eldest turning 13 recently and getting her own phone and being introduced at a rapid rate to social media I truly believe it has been the right decision. She can now make her own mind up about what she she chooses to share about her self, or doesn’t. If I had been sharing her life already that would have been a huge learning opportunity taken away from her. And when Zaleah is that age we will let her make those decisions too.
