21.01.2022 Kassandra’s Hair Hygiene and Trading Measures Against COVID 19 Dear Valued Client, To ensure I continue offering you a hygienic service I would like to share the below requirements and commitments to allow safe trading to continue:... All clients fulfilling the government instructed 14-day isolation period please call and reschedule your appointment All clients bookings to be made via telephone, SMS or social media (no walk ins) Any clients or family members of whom you have been in contact with showing any Flu like symptoms to call to reschedule your appointment The current cleaning schedule has been increased with the use of hospital grade cleaning products. Cleaning of high contact items will take place between each appointment e.g. hard surfaces, arm rests, benches, doorhandles etc. All hairdressing equipment will be sterilised between each client as usual Social distancing is one of the hair and beauty industries greatest challenges. I will require your utmost cooperation with the following: - Maximum of 2 persons in the salon at any time (myself and 1 client) - Any client with an appointment to remain outside until welcomed in - Strict appointment times as per booking scheduled. Your appointment will be booked with a 15 min gap between each client to allow cleaning - Any clients and their visitors or family members that do not have a direct appointment are to remain outside salon during service Service of all food and beverages will no longer be offered until further notice. You are welcome to BYO beverages as you require Warning, I will be wearing personal protective equipment that will look after you and me. This is my responsibility to all of you All clients will be issued disposable capes All clients are required to be present in a clean and hygienic manner, hand sanitiser and hand washing facilities will be provided for use prior to entry I understand this may inconvenience some of you, however your cooperation and respect during these challenging times will ensure I can continue to offer my services to all my valued clients.
