25.01.2022 I have had a lovely Tuesday so far today! With having Tuesdays off as my art day; instead of my community service work with the elderly and disability. (Don’t get me wrong I do love my job) but I get to enjoy some my time. I painted with these lovely, amazing artists; seriously their work... (mind blowing!) It’s so good to paint with people, we can bounce ideas off each other, guide each other and just to have support and inspiration is makes it even more fun! My sunflowe...r is slowly getting there . Now having some family time and then I will get creative with Courtney from Happiness Is AU so stay tuned for that. #gettingoutofcomfortzone #artists #workingprogress #acrylicpainting #sunflower #girlsjustwannahavefun #relaxing #timegoestoofast #friendships #support #guidance #artparties #tutorials #classes #WeLearnTogether #everyonestartssomewhere #wecanallpaintiamyettobeprovenwrong See more

06.01.2022 Happy Monday! I know I am late posting about my weekend but it’s been a full one! I spent Saturday painting more of the sunflower (pic below and not finished yet), housework, getting together along with drawing on canvas for some take home art bag packs for some of my art clients, then getting things ready for today’s Masterpiece Monday class. (Still have some vacancies if you would like to join me). And then yesterday (Sunday) being our family time, we decided to check out the Cararra Markets and the butterfly house. Have you ever been? I personally quite enjoyed it! Anyway, I would love for you to write in comments below if you have been there or what you got up to on the weekend?Did you get a chance to get creative?

05.01.2022 SOLD Here are the stages of a rainforest painting I did. It's all about the layers. As you can see in the progression stages the details came together more and more as time continued. This proves anyone can be an artist. Cause if I can, you can too. Just don't give up, keep pushing through no matter what your head tells you. You would be amazed at what you can do once you do that. Medium: Acrylic Paint ... Size: 24 inches x 36 inches (60x91cm) See more

01.01.2022 Today’s masterpieces- started with quiet thought time with acoustic guitar music in the background. Inhaling and exhaling with eyes closed, we wrote down the things that came into our minds. Then what we wrote was meant to be our intuitive artwork and what we felt was right or what came to us along the way and saw meaning behind it with the colours we chose. I surprised myself with how this exercise went. Have you tried to get your creative juices this way? If you try it I would love to read and see how it worked for you. Kate X
