24.01.2022 UPDATE To all players and members Katamatite football club have decided to not proceed with any junior footy for season 2020. With recent restrictions and uncertainty due to COVID-19, any sort of meaningful season has been made impossible. We did not take this decision lightly, as we know how important footy is to our junior players and to miss a whole year is a big thing. That is why we have tried up until this late stage to get something up for them. We would like to tha...nk our coaches and parents for being so supportive of their kids and our club during these tough times. On a positive note; we will have some announcements in regard to both the junior and senior sides in the coming weeks, that will make next year, our 125th year, one to remember.

15.01.2022 To all KFNC players and members. As you would be aware the 2020 PDFNL season has been abandoned for our senior sides. This is a big disappointment for all, but with the current situation, it all became too hard logistically to run a fair competition for all teams in the PDNFL. In very uncertain times, we thank our senior coaches, players and support staff, who kept training until the final decision was made. Our teams were very fit and were looking forward to an extremely co...mpetitive season. The PDFNL is hoping to run a junior season, which at this stage looks like an eight-week competition with a 3-week final series. As a club we are working closely with the PDNFL and the AFL around return to training and return to play policies. There is no doubt this is a nervous time for all, and we will be doing everything we can to keep everyone safe while enjoying some much-needed sport. The junior coaches will be in touch to see if we have players who are interested in competing in the competition. We understand and respect that everyone will have different questions or concerns, which you can contact Chicken or Max to discuss. Chicken 0409 844 047 or Max on 0429 138 021. Stay tuned for more news about next year, as the committees are well into discussions about 2021, which will also be our 125-year celebrations for our club.
