Open your Windows (even in wintertime). Use less chemical cleaners, room deoderisers, flysprays. - Opt for fancy clothes and an oil burner and some pet friendly essential oils instead (use regularly - this also helps add some moisture back into dry air - great for your breathing and skin - filling your empty va...ses with water is wondeful for the latter!). If your heating/cooling is heatpump/aircon ensure it's cleaned regularly (DYI or grab a professional to have it flushed right through - it's amazing how much warmer and more efficient they are after this too). Grab some hardy house plants from your local nursery to breath o2 back into the air (Peace Lilies and Mother in Law Toungs are great and hard to kill - if your good at this like us ).
