19.01.2022 We can't help but adore these two! This bridge was not only a pretty location to photograph but it was also where Daniel proposed to Annelle. Although the lock they placed together on the bridge is now gone, they will forever have these photos to look back on. We loved being a part of that! We're so excited to deliver the final images, not long now!

19.01.2022 Still patiently waiting for the pandemic to be over... but good news! Restrictions have eased a little bit in Victoria and weddings are now allowed to include up to 10 people. We’re slowly getting there! This may not sound like a lot but for some, that increase is the difference as to whether their immediate family can or cannot attend. You may have heard a lot of wedding vendors overs the past few months encourage couples to postpone their wedding, rather than cancel... or go ahead with the restricted numbers. For some people, waiting longer is simply not an option, especially with the amount of uncertainty surrounding the return of "normal" weddings. We completely get it! Thankfully, there is always an option to fit every situation regarding your media coverage. We have a lot of empathy towards those brides and grooms that have had to choose certain family members over others, or their photographer over their relatives to attend their intimate wedding. It’s a tricky situation to be in! If you were married during these restrictions and you couldn’t have a photographer attend, does that mean you should save the money and disregard photos altogether? Absolutely not! And here's why: You've spent MONTHS, if not YEARS, dreaming of and planning for your wedding day. There are so many things you had to consider such as the dress, the shoes, hair, makeup, flowers, his suit (we can’t forget the groom). Preserving all that hard work is so important to us and it should be for you too! Wouldn't it be so fun to dress up all over again with your partner, but this time to capture it all in photos? 18.01.2022 One of our favourites! Still can't believe how blessed we have been to live so close to such beautiful scenery! Even though we're moving closer to the city in just under a week (strange timing, I know), we've loved taking advantage of the land we've been living on for the past 6 months. We look forward to the future opportunities that will allow us to photograph landscapes as gorgeous as this one!

13.01.2022 Choosing your wedding party can be a hard decision to make! Take your time and ask yourself these questions before inviting anyone to your party: - Do I trust this person?... - Will they help me when I'm stressed? - Can they afford it financially? - Will they listen when I'm overwhelmed? - Do I feel 100% comfortable with them? - Will they cooperate and work well with others? If the answer to any of these is no, it's time to either reconsider your list or alter your expectations. Your wedding party is there to HELP and SUPPORT you. Weddings are not an easy event to plan and can become stressful and expensive quite quickly. You need a team of friends that you know won't make things harder than they already are. Once you've decided who you'd like to ask, make sure your expectations are outlined and understood before anyone accepts the role. However, in saying this, don't set unrealistic expectations for your wedding party. Be open and listen to their concerns. You still need to be considerate of their budget, religious standards and any insecurities they may have. Be open minded when choosing their clothing (and yes, the ultimate decision maker should be you, your wedding is your vision) and don't push anyone to do or wear anything they are not comfortable with. They're your friends after all! They need to know you care about them as much as they care about you! 12.01.2022 Finding the perfect dress can be so hard! From my own experience, I spent 2 months searching for something that felt like "me". Even once I found it, my dress required a lot of alterations. The trickiest part was sticking to the allocated budget. I found it incredibly frustrating finding ANYTHING that was my style, not too revealing, AND within my price range. You can imagine how happy I was to finally find SOMETHING that I felt excited to wear. I was lucky enough to get in... contact with a BEAUTIFUL lady that understood my struggles and was kind enough to help me with alterations. I was able to stick to the budget we had set, and it felt SO GOOD! It's also okay to ask for assistance, it's okay to not know what you're doing, and it's okay to accept help! The best way to keep costs down is to ALLOW others to use their skills and talents to help you out! You'd be surprised how many people are willing to be by your side to make your big day come together. Shout out to this gorgeous girl below for all the hard work Annelle and her mother put into her wedding dress! Handmade with love, fit like a glove!

11.01.2022 Still can't get over how beautiful and intimate this small wedding was. Lauren and Miguel were quite honestly a dream to work with. You can feel the immense amount of love they have for one another in each and every photograph. Beautiful couple!

09.01.2022 Some of our favourite photos from Alicia and Michael's recent engagement shoot. We loved seeing these two interact with one another during our golden hour session. They were so sweet and gentle towards each other, and were on board with anything we threw at them! We simply cannot wait to photograph their wedding!!

08.01.2022 Flashback to when Logan and Louise tied the knot on the 8th of July! After a few last minute changes to their plans, their small wedding was moved forward to the very next day, hours before the Stage 3 restrictions kicked in. They were lucky to have several family and friends attend in person, and via a video call. Never an ideal situation but they made the most of it and were buzzing the entire time!... In Victoria, we've entered Stage 4 restrictions. Although weddings and photographic services have halted completely for us during this time, we can't help but appreciate the past grooms and brides we were able to build friendships with! 08.01.2022 These moments are absolutely precious! It was so sweet watching Nathan look after Chelsea, they are so gentle and caring towards one another. We still can't get over how well they managed to keep to their schedule throughout the entire day. We've never seen a more organised team, truly a power couple!
