23.01.2022 When shutdown first started, I received requests to get involved with pro-bono coaching. I declined. I was focussed on 'fitting my own oxygen mask'. I didn't feel I was in a place where I could be of service to others. That has shifted now, and I've taken up the opportunity to provide pro-bono coach supervision to fledgling coaches in Cambodia - such a privilege. It's important to remember to look after ourselves, and not look after others to the detriment of our own wellbeing. I found this article really helpful to think through how to do this.

06.01.2022 I found this useful as a motivator. I'm not really into yoga, but over the years I have designed my own body workout that includes my favourite movements from yoga, tai chi, chi kung, strength exercises, and just plain stretches. Having listened to this I now understand better why I always feel so good when I've done a workout.
