23.01.2022 Yesterday was a busy afternoon for me. I have taken over the role of sports trainer for the south hedland swans football club. For my first game on the team it was full on with a few injury in both reserves and league. From a torn hamstring to A shoulder dislocation and a few sore knees. Hope all the boys have a speedy recovery. Thank you to the swans for letting me be apart of the team.

21.01.2022 Hi all so just a bit of a update on what’s going on.. I started a traineeship with bhp doing my cert 2 in engineering back in August an love it. Have one more week of tafe for the year and back to work I go. It is off season for the sporting teams I work for so life is a bit boring on weekends but we are coming up to pre season so things should start to pick up. ... Best thing about doing 8/6 roster and Patrick bring at school, I can still work from home on my days off. Well that’s all from me tonight I hope everyone is safe and well Xx

17.01.2022 Pre season has started..

17.01.2022 After a week off. It’s back into it with a couple more games before finals start.

12.01.2022 Morning all, I know it’s been awhile since I’ve posted anything so I thought I would give you a update. My business is still not up and running as I haven’t been feeling it for awhile. After I lost a very important family member last year things got put on hold and I never really got back into it. ... Last weekend I went to Broome with the hedland netball ladies for the Northwest Championships and had the best weekend. I was the teams sports trainer and Strapping and massaging the ladies when they needed. It was a very busy weekend for me, with a couple of bad injuries and lots of sore muscles after a 8 game weekend. After all that I remember why I wanted to be a massage therapist. I wanted to help people perform there best in sports and just every day living. I also remembered all the people I have helped with my treatments, from a lady who couldn’t walk all weekend because she was in so much pain and after only 2 treatments she was feeling great again. My friend who’s lower back and knee gave him grief 24/7 to play 2 full games of football. (Yes he had to see me every 2nd day after that) but he was able to play both games without pain. And that’s only 2 people, I have helped so many people with all different aches and pain and knowing I have helped reduce someone’s pain makes me feel amazing. I don’t think I will take up massaging full time, but I will never knock someone back who needs my services. I will still keep up to date with all the different training that I can attend to keep my knowledge fresh and give my clients the best Service.. I hope you all have a safe and fun weekend. Love to you all XX
