One of the most popular memes right now is about how the hard part of being an adult is deciding what to eat every single day. I know I've certainly gone through times where I've opted for processed over cooking from scratch and then swapped it around at other times.

22.01.2022 Healthy immune system is on so many people's mind right now. Today I went through my notes from when attended seminars from leading scientists and naturopaths on how to maximise your immune system. This is what I'm doing to keep us healthy during this time. Top Tips are: 1. Manage stress as it impacts the immune system. ... 2. Take broad spectrum nutritional supplements and include pro & pre biotics, essential fatty acids and the importantly one that can both increase and decrease immune responses as needed. You can't get enough nutrients from your foods due to soil degradation, mass farming methods, storage, cooking. You want them to be plant and natural based and not synthetic. 3.Get enough quality sleep as this is when the body repairs, rebuilds and manages the physical effects of stress. 4. Exercise - walking, large arm movements and bouncing are all excellent and help move the lymphatic system. 5. Reduce processed sugar as it depresses the immune system and increase protein as antibodies are made up of protein.

15.01.2022 Do you meditate? It's something that I've done off and on. I'm just finishing Dr Dispenza's book Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself. Totally fascinating if you're interested in making changes in your life.

10.01.2022 THANKFUL THURSDAY! What are you thankful or grateful for today? Today I have 2 things. 1) For my turbo muscle cream. Yesterday I pinched a muscle in my neck / back. I thought it would just resolve itself. After a terrible nights sleep or lack of I put some turbo cream on. Within a couple of hours I was pain free and able to turn my head. Love this stuff. 2) That I run my own business & work from home. After getting the kids off to school I put my turbo cream on I went back to bed for a nap given I’d slept so poorly. Building an empire ( yep that’s what I’m calling it) isn’t always easy but it’s awesome when you just need a nap.

However, I was super happy to find that my natural alcohol free hand sanitizer is effective in killing 100% of the coronavirus based on international standards.
