Laps of the oval... considering it was a solid effort to run to the goal posts when you first started, I am so damn proud of you, we all are. 18.01.2022 It's important to renew our minds, but it's also important to realize that this process of reprogramming or renewing our minds will take place little by little. Don't be discouraged if progress seems slow. Don't get down when you have setbacks or bad days. Just get back up, dust yourself off and start again. When a baby is learning to walk, he/she falls many, many times before they develop the ability to walk without falling; however, the baby is persistent. She/he may cry f...or a while after they fall down, but they always gets right back up and try again. Learning to change our thinking works the same way. We struggle and fall down. Rather than get frustrated, you should, triumph in your hardship, because the very fact that you're struggling means that you're fighting. There will be days when we don't do everything right, days when our thinking is negative. Be positive and never stop trying. It will pay off. @little.miss.missa ...This messages for you, I’m so proud of you over the last 18 months we’ve gone on an absolute journey, learning about macronutrients, calories, calorie deficit, sleeping importance, sodium levels, how to lift weights, why you lift weights... in fact anything you can think of in the health and fitness world, we have tackled it. I’m so proud of the way that you have a willingness to commit! I see your progress, I see your physique change, I see your muscles popping, you really are kicking goals, and I am truly proud of you.



18.01.2022 This is Dora. She loves fitness and eating healthy. Her goals include being able to eat $20 worth of chook food per week. Out run the other chickens and be the first one to greet Nick or I as we walk through the gate. ... Be able to launch from the ground and land on my shoulder 2-3 times per day. In terms of developing a program that she can adhere to, we are just taking it one step at a time, she’s really excelling, she’s super excited but most of all she is eager and willing to learn the tricks of the trade to be the best chicken she can be. Everybody has different goals, that’s why it’s important to understand every aspect of what you are currently doing and where you’d like to be.
