25.01.2022 Hidden away in the heart of the Hinterland, is a 25 acre patch of tranquillity - home of Red Hill Pitchingga Ridge Alpacas, where Jean & David, for the past 22 years have farmed the gentle, inquisitive alpaca. Summertime greets the visitor with alpacas freshly shorn, fleeces sorted, baled and stored in the shed ready for delivery to fibre processors for value adding into product. The farm shop is stocked with beautiful, warm, lightweight, non-allergenic soft rugs, scarves and apparel - perfect for those cooler nights.
