25.01.2022 QUESTION What is something good that has come out of our situation? Maybe spending more time with your kids. Less rushing. Not having to fight peak hour traffic. ... We want to look at the GOOD stuff, acknowledging the not so good of course, but let's focus on the positives. This is a good exercise to practice when you're starting to feel overwhelmed with everything that is happening too



24.01.2022 QUESTION During these strange times, it seems more productive to focus on what we CAN do, rather than what we CAN'T. So to calm yourself down and focus on the positives, let's make lists of what we can do.... This could be: - projects to work on if we have to go into lockdown - fun activities for the kids to do if they are home - how to make your business run from home - groceries and other supplies you may need, also think of delicious recipes you could try and baking materials if you enjoy doing that too! 15.01.2022 SELF CARE... Add to your CAN DO list a self care schedule. If you are already working from home, maybe you have already thought about what you can do in between work blocks to look after yourself.... A self care schedule will allow you to make the most of any additional time spent at home and keep you productive and not going insane Prioritise: - sleep - movement - mindfulness or meditation (incl journalling, gratitude, etc) - connecting with friends/loved ones - body care (think face masks, painted nails, self massage, etc). 01.01.2022 QUESTION... Firstly, I just want to say give yourself some grace with this. Take some time to process, rest and get clear on what you can do.... This isn't the time for uber hustle, it's the time to feel into flow... When you have the space and are ready to create, look at what now?? As in, now that you have time and space - Working from home, no dinners or lunches or meetings eating up your time, gym is closed, what can you do? That book you have been wanting to write, the online course you have been waiting to create, that business idea you have been wanting to flesh out...Now is the time! This is a weird time, devastating for many. But also a time for innovation and inspiration. Share your ideas of what you are going to do with us below and let's motivate each other
