In this 5 week course you will learn the SLOW and easy movements of QiGong and Mindfulness meditation to move stale energy and stagnation from the body and the mind. Qigong is similar to tai chi, only easier! We will do slow, fluid, yet very powerful movements to move and strengthen the body and get the energy flowing. Qigong is mindfulness in motion and you will learn simple mindfulness techniques that you can easily use in everyday life to stop running on autopilot, stop overthinking and calm a busy mind. The benefits of this practice include: getting to know your own body and mind, better posture, better balance, better sleep, better breathing, more energy and a strong sense of well-being. We think that when we have more of something, a bigger house, a better car, more $$$ we will be so much happier and life will be complete.... And it is.
