25.01.2022 Exercising is always more enjoyable with friends and family!! Today my sister and I scheduled in a virtual workout as she is currently in lockdown in Melbourne. It was an awesome way to catch up and motivate each other. This has been a really difficult period for so many in Melbourne and regional Victoria, but how amazing is technology providing us with opportunities like this!! In saying that, I can’t wait to exercise together in person again!!! ... #sundayfunday #motivation #workout #physicalhealth #mentalhealth #wellbeing

24.01.2022 First swim of the season. It’s so great to be back in the water but the first swim is always TOUGH!! 50m seems like such a long distance and it feels like your swimming through concrete. However, you get out knowing that like many things, it will get easier the next time you get in!! ... Great day for it too!!

23.01.2022 Do you even lift?! This article highlights the importance of regular muscle-strengthening exercise. You should aim for at least two sessions per week!!

21.01.2022 This week is Jean Hailes for Women's Health Week 2020. This year in particular it is so important for all Australian women to prioritise their overall health and wellbeing. Ladies, please use this week as a reminder to take some time out to check in with yourself and those women that are your nearest and dearest.... Ensure you are taking time to focus on both your physical and mental wellbeing. This week also provides a great opportunity to follow up on any regular health checks that you might be putting off. It is still vitally important to access your GP during this period. Jump online to www.womenshealthweek.com.au for some great resources.

20.01.2022 Today was a historic day for GIRL POWER!! As a female business owner and someone who is fortunate enough to surround myself with strong, smart and caring women; I found it so inspiring to see Kamala Harris make history today and break the glass ceiling to become the first female to serve as Vice President of the United States . How powerful for all those young girls and women out there to think....... The possibilities of what you can achieve are limitless. Dream big.

12.01.2022 It's Breast Cancer Awareness Month (1-31 October). As a woman, over the course of your lifetime, there are many factors that can influence your risk of breast ...cancer. While some of the most important of these risk factors, such as being a woman, getting older or having a strong family history of breast or ovarian cancer and genetic factors, cannot be changed, you can also improve your chance of better outcomes by being breast aware and knowing what to do about finding breast cancer early.
