24.01.2022 "A true leader has the confidence to stand alone, the courage to make tough decisions, and the compassion to listen to the needs of others. He does not set out to be a leader, but becomes one by the equality of his actions and the integrity of his intent." --Douglas MacArthur
24.01.2022 Wow - love what this man has to say. Could easily take that on as a mantra for our people as well. "the only thing you can do is get up in the morning and believe that things can change"

18.01.2022 Sustainability is an important concept for organisations, in business and for our well bring. Having been in the workforce since I was 16 what works for me, particularly when I need to be away from home is combining something personal that fills my tank. Last week with an unscheduled (but welcome) trip to Canberra, was catching up with my cousin and calling in on a girlfriend in the Southern Highlands to break the 4 hour journey driving home. Tomorrow it will be catching up with Karen Milward is both a colleague and sista. We support each other in our businesses and its always good to have a catch up. Looking forward to hearing all about her business study tour in BC recently while eating something decadent at Brunetti's in Lygon Street, Then it's head down again with a late night home Tuesday night.

09.01.2022 This writing came up as memory today so I thought I'd share it again given that the theme of his year's NAIDOC is 'Always was, Always will be' recognising that First Nations people have occupied and cared for this continent for over 65,000 years.
