16.01.2022 1st wedding back for 2020 : intimate with a touch of fabulous My glorious Yarra Valley gave beautiful Niall & Nicole the day they deserve for their hot air balloon wedding. It was so worth getting up at 3am to share this with their gorgeous family. We sailed into sunrise hearing Hall & Oates and Spice Girl lyrics as heartfelt poetry and took a moment to appreciate Nicole’s Mum’s love of MacGyver . 05.01.2022 Last 2020 platter. The year we never saw coming yet it introduced itself with a ferocity up here in East Gippsland. It made me thankful to be safe. We did a cliche Iso - remote schooling, bathroom Reno, new kitten, completing 2 courses ( yep that was ) & fell in love with our favourite people all over again when we could not see them ‘in the reals’. So bloody lucky, even if it did not feel like it. My poor couples stood in the downpour on their wedding plans & resolved to still make it happen I like to think we are all going to party that bit harder after this & take time for the good bits, ‘cos this year taught us we never know what is ahead. 05.01.2022 With no weddings & my Cellar Door action limited to pouring wine for only myself & Demolition D Snr, I have returned to studying.
