12.01.2022 I had a big list of administration to do today (including planning out social media posts!), however a friend came over and a quick cuppa quickly turned into the whole afternoon chatting and drinking tea and the admin was put on hold. And you know what? It was great. Never underestimate the benefits of a cuppa with a friend. Cheers!

09.01.2022 Manual therapy might be what comes to mind when you think of traditional physiotherapy, however, it's just one part of what we do. Hands-on treatment strategies are used in some form across many different types of therapies - whether it's physiotherapy, osteopathy, massage or chiropractic treatment. The current research supports the idea that these hands-on therapies mainly work in one way. To change the response of your nervous system so that you feel less pain and tension. ...Which is great! But it is not necessarily treating the underlying issue. I use strength & conditioning, mindfulness techniques, manual therapy and most importantly EDUCATION to treat pain & injury. It is important to me that you have the tools you need to be working towards recovery in between in-person treatments. 01.01.2022 As 2020 draws to a close, I hope that everybody had a very Merry Christmas and wish you all a Happy New Year. I would like to thank everybody who has helped me get this little business of mine off the ground this year. I am really looking forward to 2021. I will have more availability next year and some other new exciting developments in the next few months. Stay tuned! I will be chasing two energetic little kids around the beach until the 8th Jan. I am trying hard to reply to each and every one of you, but I may be a bit slower whilst I'm away on holidays. I hope everyone has had a chance to recharge this festive season and I am looking forward to seeing you all soon.
