25.01.2022 I love this little rag. Keep an eye out NEXT ed for a few words from myself, but can’t wait to dive into this issue! And gorgeous artwork The Tawny Frogmouth! Stylish and informative

25.01.2022 Disappointed I can be there this year, but it will be a fabulous event if you can make it! #endometriosisawareness Forwarding from the lovely Jo Lincoln :-) "Hey there fellow endo-sistas, endo-therapists and endo-sista-supporters,... The month of March is awareness month for Endometriosis and over the last weekend of March, meet-ups are happening all over the world to connect and raise awareness for endometriosis. I would love you to join me for an Endo High Tea at The Plant Room in Brookvale (formal invite attached!). It will be a relaxed affair and a chance to mingle with other endo ladies as well as connect and ask questions with endo therapists from the Northern Beaches. All you need to do is buy your ticket and show up ready for tea and treats! When: Sunday 28th March, 2020 Time: From 12pm - 2pm Where: The Plant Room - 31 Orchard Rd, Brookvale. Tix: $25 HERE ~ All extra proceeds will go to Endometriosis Australia If you have never attended an Endo Meet-Up, please do! This is the perfect place to meet with others who may share a similar story to you as well as endometriosis practitioners. This connection is hugely therapeutic, educational and offers an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about how you can support and manage your condition and share with others your own story. We also have a gorgeous LUNAR Skincare bundle for one lucky attendee! Please pass on the invite with any others that may be keen to join us. The more the merrier. Numbers are capped at 50 due to COVID-19 restrictions so be sure to secure your ticket early! We look forward to having you."

22.01.2022 Pregnancy or not! Love this little infographic looking at cravings and potential deficiencies. Love the chocolate = magnesium (or a hug!) almost as much as I love @orthoplex_au magnesium products (if you’re a client you’re probably already on MagTaurXcell or Alkamin Calm, two of my absolute favourites ) What’s your No. 1 craving?

17.01.2022 After a day at the #SydneyEasterShow yesterday with my sister and nephew, I wanted to give a shout-out to all the farmers and regional communities who have done it so tough. Thank you to you, your families, your communities and all those who have helped you to continuously provide us in the big cities fresh, beautiful produce that we so often take for granted. May this Easter be a fresh start for us all

13.01.2022 My houseplant has suddenly taken off. Can someone please tell me how to repot a plant before it takes me in my sleep? @smilechickie SOS

08.01.2022 Beautiful 3-day retreat in the Blue Mountains over this very very wet Sydney weekend!! Thank you Jacqui Bushell and Jane Elworthy and all the women who shared and created such a beautiful space for each other
