06.01.2022 Here I go again posting myself half naked!!! Have I got your attention!!! I embarked on this journey March 12th, 2018 and the photo in black undies was taken 26th December 2018. I lost 62 kgs in 9 months. I have lost a little more since that last photo, and have maintained my weight loss ever since. Who ever thinks it can’t be done, IT CAN!!!
