03.01.2022 I have just completed a beaut 6 week course in graphite drawing from University of Newcastle called "Drawing Nature, Science and Culture: Natural History Illust...ration 101". It is a beginners' course open to everyone, online and free unless you wish a certificate. I highly recommend it for anyone who wishes to learn or extend their drawing skills. One of my final works is this Red Wattlebird. The course takes you through observation, drawing skills and anatomy of bird, mammals, flowers etc. Well worth doing in these lock-down times. Another course is starting in late July. See more
