03.01.2022 Can confirm, this bolognaise is a winner and damn easy to make! I cooked and snapped this one for Church Road Winery and Ben Shewry of Attica maybe 3 or 4 weeks ago now. It feels a bit strange that in this time it's taken on a new meaning. Defs give it a try at home cause why cook a meal in 5 minutes when you can do it in 5 hours? Yeah? x x
