24.01.2022 With Week 1 Done & Dusted, I'm proud to say that I've survived and had a loss of 10.5cm & 1kg. It was a little challenging to say the least, as I spent quite a few nights away from home and didn't follow the program 100%, however, it's now Game On to give my body the best chance of feeling AMAZING. 15.01.2022 Well my 30 Days to Healthy Living is almost finished, so I thought I'd update you on my progress. Top photos taken 27/4/17 Bottom photos taken 3/4/17... I'm feeling amazing internally. My constant tummy bloating has all but disappeared, I'm relaxing easier of an evening & not feeling heavy, sleeping better and for the first time in many years, my 2 days of cramping prior to my monthly cycle was not as evident. These photos are not the greatest but I hope you can see the difference. I'm 3.5kgs down and have lost over 20cm all over. I'm hoping by month's end that will have increased a little. It's great to have those unwanted kg's gone but even better to be feeling great on the inside and not suffering all the Endo symptoms like normal. Here's to better health in 2017. Kate x

From Sydney Olympic Aquatic Centre for NSW Primary School Sports Association State Swimming to the NIAS National Primary Games for 2 days of Rugby...what a week! I'd like to extend a big 'Thank You' to my wonderful clients for your continued support and to those who've been very understanding & waited ...patiently for their orders to be delivered...Thank You! 02.01.2022 I've finished my 30 Days to Healthy Living and I'm feeling great...I had a loss of 4kg and 28cm all over Top pics Day 30, Bottom pics Day 1!! It's fantastic to not have the bloated feeling every day, to have my energy levels consistent & balanced and for my body to now be rejecting foods I once loved & ate even if they weren't the healthiest option....
