16.01.2022 THE KITCHEN + SCULLERY + OUTDOOR KITCHEN | The bench tops and back splash are ‘Airy Concrete’ from the new range released @caesarstoneau a versatile light grey, presenting a richness that minimalism can achieve. The stone is complemented on the island bench with a Tasmanian Oak @porta_timber, the profile reflecting the arches of the home. The white cabinetry is all 2pac finished, the lower VJ drawers and all cupboards are all push to open and upper drawers all feature @abiinteriors brushed brass cabinetry pulls, ABI brushed brass is repeated in all the tapware. The kitchen appliances are all from @mieleaustralia Artline series in the latest colour trend in designer kitchens, graphite grey. The design is all about functionality with a minimalism approach.

15.01.2022 ENSUITE BATHROOM | The herringbone Calacatta marble feature wall creates the picture-perfect backdrop to the freestanding bathtub that has a skylight above. Complimenting the marble is a soft grey textured Italian Ceramic tile, all by STONE3. The wetroom and dual ABI basins are all the Barre Assembly Taps in Brushed Brass from the new stunning collection by ABI. The custom vanity has been created by Crown Cabinetry and has been created with Polytec Woodmatt in Casentino Beech..., a subtle woodgrain embossing with an overall matt finish. 10.01.2022 THE CONCEPT | Beatrice Street concept was inspired by the white washed architecture in Santorini and the subtle hues of the Mediterranean Sea. A timeless design that is of the moment, with a focus on architectural elements, capturing an abundance of natural light whilst ensuring inner city privacy.

09.01.2022 THE ARCHITECT | DAH Architecture seamlessly adapts existing heritage properties into unique functional family homes. Dave’s portfolio of homes in Brisbane are so impressive + for our team we knew he was the design specialist for this project. The brief for Beatrice St. was to evolve a 1920’s original 2 bed cottage into a contemporary family home, including a master retreat, open plan living with impressive entertaining + maximizing natural light. We are excited to add Beatrice St. to this collection in 2020 @daharchitecture

03.01.2022 FLOORING | How do you create the perfect marriage of flooring? Tones, Textures + Style. The timber floorboards are a premium European Oak. The subtle grey tones in the timber blend seamlessly with the 100% wool carpeted bedrooms to give a relaxed coastal feel.

02.01.2022 THE VOID | The open entertainment area is a true architectural highlight of the home. The incredible Tasmanian Oak staircase creates a stunning link between the 3 levels of the home. Starting in the dining room a central garden atrium that was designed to capture the architectural views of the original home. The floor to ceiling windows allow the morning light to flood this open living area. In the evening a beautiful ambience is created by custom handmade ceramic pendants co...mmissioned by the designer to a local West End artist, Side-tracked ceramics. The pendants are a real talking piece and cleverly orient the dining space. Each year we are fortunate to be able to travel + stay in awe-inspiring designer boutique properties. Our latest trip to Sala Resort in Koh Samui has inspired the soft colour palette, arches, white concrete + manicured tropical landscaping for Beatrice St.
