15.01.2022 Chi Kung Retreat Day Aug 27th ! This coming Sunday I am hosting a special retreat day, at a lovely house on the edge of the Kuring-gai Chase National Park. My esteemed guest will be the very talented Chi Kung teacher , Tom Christensen. With 20 years experience, Toms style is gentle and full of grace. No matter how much Chi Kung you have done before, everyone can join. On sunday you will get three classes of Chi Kung, a mini Ayurvedic massage treatment from me and incredible vegetarian food. 12.01.2022 Its been quite a while since I have stopped in once place and let you all know where I am for you to come and have treatments with me. I am very happy to now let you know that I will be working in a beautiful and powerful space in Dee Why a couple of days a week, starting in March. Innumerable spirit souls fall in slow motion through the material world, each unique; unlike any other spirit soul that has ever been or will ever be. Each snowflake shares the same natural qualities: cold, light, white. Each spirit soul shares the same qualities: eternal, blissful. The form of the snowflake comes into being, stays for some time, and goes out of being - a transformation of material energy. 03.01.2022 A few days ago I was in conversation with some friends, trying to find words describe my day. I had been massaging all day. My friends thought perhaps that I would be exhausted. I was, in contrast, energised and very mellow. That particular day I had been lucky enough to be using a lovely boasted on the Pittwater as my massage space. Imagine soft gentle breezes whirling through the windows, stirring the curtains and caressing our skin. The water lapping at the beach beside, ...the music of many halyard clips tapping against the masts. Somedays are like this. More than the privilege of being able to work in such an environment, though, the true gift is my beautiful clients. They show up so brave and willing, every time, to join their energy with mine in the dance of massage therapy. Most of them I have worked with at least a few times by now. And the result of the continuity is the depths to which we can go in treatment. This does not mean that we talk out loud all the way through a treatment, although sometimes that happens, too.
