02.01.2022 I thought you all might be interested in this pic taken with my new thermal camera. I woke up Thursday morning with a really sore neck, and it has become more p...ainful throughout the last few days. You can clearly see the heat being generated from my neck, the tension though my shoulders. My left side right where my skull ridge connects onto my neck is the worst, and if you look closely, you can see the 2 small knots responsible. Interesting to note, the diagonal spot on my right which has been compensating. This pattern is also common in horses. Its times like these I wish I could reach my own neck to treat for some relief!!! See more
