09.01.2022 Over the last couple of days there has been Facebook comments via other Facebook groups. This update responds to these comments: Council has been working with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources to resolve a clearing issue identified in September. This issue has taken an extended time to resolve. Council met on site with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources Officer on Friday to allow Council to remove the trees that have fallen and secure the si...te for the upcoming wet season. No further works will commence until April/May 2017 due to the delays. Council sees this project as a priority and will take action as soon as they can.
