Support is so often seen as a luxury, but it’s a fundamental part of making any shift. I’ve personally had to overcome my own mindset issues when it comes to this. I was running programming where I thought I could do it all, all by myself. This led to significant burn out and overall was not helpful. Like many of you, it was easy for me to give support but much h...arder to allow myself to receive it. S U P P O R T can come from many places and often multiple layers are needed. Building a supportive community around you that understands you, hears you and encourages you is important. Professional support is also not a luxury, it’s a key factor if you want to get results. Having someone who has dedicated their life to understanding your body, your mind and how the healing journey works on your side helps you in leaps and bounds. Who is on your health and wellness team? Do you have the right support around you?
