14.01.2022 We are so proud of Indria. Indria finished her Bachelor of Education at the end of last year and was due to attend her graduation earlier this month but of course it was cancelled due to the current situation. Today we had a ceremony for Indria to acknowledge and celebrate her hard work and success. The hat and flowers may have been paper but the emotions were real.

14.01.2022 Our professional development day in Melbourne last Friday with Phil from Semann and Slattery was both inspiring and challenging. To be able to gather for the day as a whole team is incredibly beneficial. We now have DISC profiles for each staff member and the team which we can use as a basis for improving interpersonal interactions and performance as well as developing a deeper understanding of the way our colleagues work. A great basis for making a strong team stronger.
