13.01.2022 I loved going to @laguillotinerestaurant with my parents. They started taking me before or after a concert at Sydney Town Hall in the late 60s. At that time the cave of a restaurant, lit with candles and with Edith Piaf or Charles Aznavour in the background we ate warm baguettes and chose an omelette accompanied by a simple green dressed salad. My favourite was potato and onion which brought me lovely family memories when I recently made it for dinner. #happymemories #family #omlette #simpleissatisfying
