24.01.2022 Makeup tip 6 Fake the cheekbones. Apply blush. Apply a bronze or deeper colour below the cheekbones/blush and this creates the illusion of receding. Apply a highlighter above the cheekbone. The lighter colour creates the illusion that the area is brought forward.
