10.01.2022 DID YOU KNOW PERTH SALES ACTIVITY INCREASED 68% FROM COVID-19 LOW? Sales activity in the Perth metro region increased in July, with reiwa.com data showing volumes were up 68 per cent compared to April across both dwellings and land sales. Listings for sale in the Perth metro area experienced a small three per cent increase compared to June.3%... Perth’s median house price remained stable in July at $475,000 compared to the previous month. CoreLogic’s findings for July supported the reiwa.com monthly data, showing Perth house values had marginally declined 0.6 per cent during the month.
