25.01.2022 Sunday’s are family days in our house. Yesterday we went for breakfast with friends and then along with my bestie, we walked the foreshore, explored the rock pools and ate ice cream in the park. It was a good wholesome Sunday full on sunshine and love How did you spend your Sunday?

22.01.2022 While sitting in circle today with my @schoolofshamanicwomancraft sisters I shared that I needed to let go of my fear of not being enough. I have so many ideas and things I want to do rolling around in my head and it never gets anywhere cause I am just paralysed by fear. I second guess and self sabotage, believing I am not good enough, don’t know enough, am not skilled enough to show up to my ideas. So on this Dark Moon, I let go of my fear of not being enough. Let go of my fear of being seen and being heard. And so it is. Thank you to @janehardwickecollings for the reminder that I am MORE than enough and in turn I am reminding you, that you are definitely more than enough

18.01.2022 That first feed I had 3 breastfeeding journeys, each one longer than the last, with my littlest weaning at 22 months. I am very fortunate that we all got the hang of feeding quite quickly but that doesn’t mean it wasn’t hard. Feeding is hard work, mentally, emotionally and physically; and everyone’s journey is unique.
