08.01.2022 Hi everyone As you know It’s been a very challenging several months for so many businesses, my industry has been and is struggling due to suppliers running out of raw materials & unable to make Fragrance Oils. Raw materials for making Oils come from many overseas Europe Asia America & also Australia and then Fragrance Oils are made by Perfumers here in Australia ... They are restocking slowly but soon as they hit the shelves just like toilet paper they are sold out It has now come to that they sadly have increased their prices with many over 40% This will effect many makers in the candle industry as we simply can’t afford to purchase some lines. I am hopeful that this will only be while we are going through this pandemic worldwide and that someday in the new future but I believe in the not so near future that raw materials to make fragrance oils become more available which in turn pricing will return to a more acceptable price. I’ll do my utmost best to manage my costs while continuing to do what I love and be affordable , however prices will increase as a result of this which is unavoidable . I will over time be working through my fragrances that I have in stock & will be reducing the amount of oils I carry as some are no longer available & others have increased so so much in price that I cannot justify purchasing myself. I have 2 major suppliers that have premium fragrance oils & I am searching their online store each night for updates on availability of stock but as you can imagine with this being an Australian shortage the Major retailers are snapping up the stock quicker than I can see it online! I will keep you updated as we go through this! As Always thank you for supporting Myself & Small Businesses
