15.01.2022 Some great local options for guided return to exercise after having your baby.

13.01.2022 We have our first ante natal exercise class tonight It’s fully bookedThanks for the support Those of you who have already had an assessment can now book in following the link on my Facebook page or I can email you the booking link. You will be able to book 2 weeks ahead at a time. I will be running a waitlist of those that miss out.... If interest remains strong for these classes, I will look at setting up another class time during the week.

12.01.2022 Space Available! Our pregnancy exercises classes have been really successful and the feedback has been positive. We have had quite a few women ‘graduate’ from the class as they have now had their beautiful bubs. One of the benefits of this class is that the numbers are capped, this allows me to make modifications where needed as well as answer and address individual questions and needs.... I will be opening up some availability for new participants over the next few weeks. Email me on [email protected] for more info

06.01.2022 Wow! Amazing response to my ante natal exercise classes I am planning to keep my numbers capped at 10-12, to ensure that the class stays small, enabling participants to get the full benefit. Unfortunately, this means that some weeks there may be people that miss out. I’d like to think that by participating in these classes you are able to gain to knowledge and confidence to continue to be active/ exercise during your pregnancy. ... Once you have had your initial assessment, you will be able to book in for the weekly classes as space arises. I’m working on creating another class.....

05.01.2022 Mainstream media is finally discussing and raising the issues that many women have to face following birth. If you are having issues such as pain or incontinence (bladder or bowel) following childbirth, please seek help. As Pelvic Health physiotherapists (look for someone with a postgraduate degree/Titled Men's, Women's and Pelvic Health Physiotherapist) we play an important role in treating these types of problems. It is our job (and passion) to educate and help you on your path to recovery after birth.
