15.01.2022 NEW NO SHOW AND CANCELLATION POLICY When I opened the salon last year, this was something I never wanted to introduce. As a small business I really rely on my clients to show up on time for their appointment and to allow notice if they are unable to make their appointment. In life illness and emergencies happen and that is 100% understandable, although I can no longer accept 'sorry I forgot' as an excuse. Effective from today if you need to cancel within 24hrs of your appointment or if you are a no show, I will be charging 50% of your cancelled service before I will accept another booking from you. I am a little upset that I've had to introduce this policy and I hope everyone understands. Thank you to my wonderful clients for your continued support.
