23.01.2022 LAST TERM. Oh goodness, talking about the last term already. Slightly different format to end the year. Last term will be 6 x restorative yoga classes, every fortnight, Sunday’s @ 3pm.... Busy schedules, silly season and loads of commitments = stress. Fortnightly restorative yoga = calm. September 29th October 13th & 27th November 10th & 24th December 8th Feel free to book your place

20.01.2022 TIMETABLE. It’s my favourite time to practice. The heater is on, the blankets are ready (& maybe I might bring out the hot water bottles. ) Time to get cozy & do the inner work!... We are currently on a short break, but will be back for term on Tuesday 4th June @ 6pm. Several places still available, would love to have you join in.
