I have plenty of topics I’d love us to play with, based on what I’ve been doing myself for this season however I always leave space so we can be flexible and add in new topics that are relevant to the group. 19.01.2022 I believe our baby chooses the timing and that our babies choose us as their parents. I created The Loveliness Circle as since the idea came to me it has not left me. I dream about women whom are open to their babies joining them and us sharing this magical time before we are pregnant. Sure it’s magical and it’s also like a roller coaster and you can not see the ways it’s going to go.... Loveliness is not about controlling the roller coaster, being coached on how to act or forcing an outcome it’s about sisterhood and supporting each other as we experience this new part of life we havn’t traversed before. 15.01.2022 Pre-conception is the season of my life I am in and I dream of sharing this time with others in the same phase. This circle is one my heart is calling me to attend, I couldn’t find it so I’ve created it. I see this circle as a co-creation, we each have our own unique energy and magic and when we come together it’s going to be super special. ... I dream of us meeting on zoom and sharing, celebrating each other and exploring this season. I feel like we might be meeting from all over Australia and this feel especially potent. I have been playing in this season solo and I am craving Community. Whilst I will share more of what we will cover soon, it’s an intuitively led co-created space so once we join together we can see where the magic takes us. 14.01.2022 Amy and I are loving The Pearls of Wisdom from this beauty. We are just taking it slow and pondering along the way. Favourite action which has been a game changer for me! Is moving the apps on my phone around so I’m not unconsciously checking my socials and emails. It’s been a few days and I’m surprised how unconsciously I was pressing the app and scrolling Favourite pondering has been about boundaries around money and my own vibration. ... 10.01.2022 Loveliness ~ Pre-Conception Circle Starts Tuesday 13th October 2020 for 6 weeks, 6 weekly circles on zoom and an optional Facebook group for between circles. $100 for the full 6 weeks. Pre-conception is an area I have been exploring alone and would love to do this with a community, playing with the emotional and spiritual aspects of pre-connection.... 09.01.2022 Running Wild and Free at Launceston Parkrun this morning. I tore my calf muscle 2 months ago. I spent 2 weeks walking on my tippy toes or hopping just to get around the house. Stairs were easy to navigate.... on all 4’s. I’ve missed the freedom of the wind in my hair and being able to run. Today I did my first run / walk and it felt exhilarating. ... I’m on a mission to connect in with my body and co-create some epicness with her. I’ve enrolled myself in @taracaetano delicious course ‘The Sensual Mother’ yesterday we had our first group call, it was so healing and transformation for me. It was the lightness that I feel following the call I know that gave me the confidence to trust my body this morning and run wild and free

07.01.2022 I’m in Hobart this weekend doing Joy, my Reiki Masters 2 Day Reiki Level One workshop with a wonderful bunch of people, some have come from VIC & Sydney to be there. Day One we have been practising sensing the energy, discussing and learning about reiki and it’s history, the level one students have had their first attunement. I was lucky to give the other Reiki Master Students present another first attunement yippie It is such a special workshop to be apart of, to see ever...yone grow and bloom today has just been incredible! 06.01.2022 S H A R I N G I believe if we speak something aloud it is never as bad as what we think it is in our heads. When we give voice to something it no longer has to be held or hidden in our bodies. When things hide they attract more of the same, more things to hide and this can lead to feelings of shame and stagnation in the body. By speaking aloud we allow ourselves to open and let shame leave our bodies and create space for something new. ... When you work with me sharing will always be invited however I will always honour what feels right to you. The same for Loveliness in circle you will be invited to share and it’s your choice if you do. There is absolutely no expectations on you to share. We will lovingly hold whatever you wish to or not to give voice to and know your presence is a magical energy exchange in itself. 03.01.2022 Launceston that’s a wrap! I just swap my last client in the Reiki Studio for a while. For the next 6 months I will be travelling around, I will keep you posted where I am. If I’m not in your area though please reach out as distance Reiki is just as powerful and we can easily do a Reiki Session for you. My clients find distance sessions very powerful and even feel the difference when I am playing my drum for them. ... In the next 6 months I will be in Townsville, Port Douglas, Melbourne, Camden NSW, Bellingen NSW, Sunshine Coast, Hervey Bay, Brisbane, North Lakes and back to Tas late December.
