25.01.2022 The sun is shining in Melbourne today, bringing to mind outdoor installations of summers past. This 9m custom aluminium mural, made locally in Melbourne, is designed to be enjoyed with clear line of sight from numerous observation points and varied perspectives within the home, transterior living spaces, pool and garden. Thank you to my amazing clients @2tgraphicdesign for bringing their tenacity, enthusiasm and considerable skill to the project. A true collaboration.

24.01.2022 ANTIPODAL TIDE. 1200x1500mm On the other side of the planet, the moons gravitational effect is weakest, blocked by the mass of the Earth. In addition, the planet is slightly accelerating toward the moon on the opposite side, pulling the mass of the Earth away from the water on the far side. These effects combine to create an antipodal high tide on the side opposite the moon. Source: sciencing.com

05.01.2022 It is with great joy that I launch my exhibition CLOSE PHENOMENA, for Melbourne Design Week 2021. Exploring the principles of environmental psychology, I have designed a multi-sensory response to the local natural world. Comprising large scale, dye sublimation prints on aluminium, and a collection of ten new paintings, CLOSE PHENOMENA reflects on our changed and ‘distanced’ experience, to examine how our natural and built environments shape us as individuals, and how paying ...closer attention to the near natural world can support our wellbeing and encourage emotional connection to place.
