What I love about this dish is your not cooking the corned beef all day but steaming for 1 1/2 hours in the Varoma and still getting amazing beef at the end, also this mustard sauce is so amazing!!!!!

20.01.2022 Dont want the added sugar, maize flour, anticaking agent and other crap they put in your taco seasoning.. Easy just DIY it, that way you can spice it up more ... or spice it down for the little people first batch I made might of been a little spicy for my girls lol this one was perfect fry up with fresh garlic, onion, 500g beef mince, 20g taco seasoning, 50g tomato paste & 70g water! Delicious

13.01.2022 Quick easy fruit icecream, can be made with any frozen fruit you like To make egg free add 1 chopped banana instead and skip whipping egg white part! Or you can also use chickpea juice (aquafaba) 2 tbsp from a can and still whip up the sugar the same way, Ive done this recipe many times and you cant taste the chickpea juice at all If your sugar free monk fruit sweetener can replace the raw sugar also

The Pre-clean mode is super handy in taking away time you spend on giving the bowl a quick rince / wash either during cooking when you need to wash and dry but the sink is full , prior to placing in the dishwasher or getting that yummy sticky goodness off your blades without a hassle

08.01.2022 Yummy Shepherds Pie, for this dish Ive swapped out ingredients my girls dont want like peas and mushrooms and added in cauliflower, broccoli and celery. Super easy to do things like this to cater for those fussy eaters
