25.01.2022 For the holiday season, we have a 2 week road trip. After the end of this holiday and we can’t stand with the town’s meal(a lots steak and salads vg or greasy foods) any more. We need a real home cooked meal and taste good, different! Here you go, this noodles we cooked on the park BBQ. It tasted delicious (sorry about the photo and half of the noodles already gone) and it just same as stir fried noodles. It is also a good idea for someone like road trip and would like to ha...ve a quick and easy meal & something different. 25.01.2022 This chicken has a lots of flavor... It doesn’t need any sauce goes with. Yum... One of extra veggies dish stir fry smoked celery for entre. I was busy for the chicken and after I turned around, all gone. Glad I took a photo of it. Happy kitchen happy life!

24.01.2022 After a busy day, we all need some nice meal to recovery our energy. Here is what I made this morning. I think I organized them as bags. Every time I just use one bag with chicken and pork to make a lovely stock. So easy. This herbs are good for hotpot soup in the winter, it taste very good. The main thing is we found out after we have this meal and always have very good sleep. This time I have a question for you, can you recognize total how many herbs there are? 24.01.2022 It is nice when you get home and have a cooked delicious meal waiting for you. I love this slow cook beef. Simple and easy to cook. In the soup I also put a sweet date in it. The dipping sauce, I asqueezed some lemon juice and taste very good. #slowcook #beef #wintermeal



24.01.2022 We always love to have a nice light meal in summer. These two meals just took 30 minutes, looks good and taste good, also it gave us a lot of hydration after we finished our whole day work. The first one is spicy black bean tofu. The ingredients are: 6 squares tofu (put in the boiling water soaking 10 minutes) ... 3 spoons Lao Gan Ma Spicy Black bean (from Asian supermarket) Few Black bean 1 Fermented Bamboo sheets (dice) 10g diced Ham 4 spoons Black vinegar 1 spoon Oyster sauce 2 sliced shallots 1 teaspoon Cornflour Cooking this dish is very simple. 1. Place the soaked tofu in the bowl. 2. Brown ham, fermented bamboo and black beans. 2. Add oyster sauce, vinegar, sort 3 minutes. 3. At the same time, prepare a small bowl. Cornflour in, add water and mixed it well. 4. Pour cornflour water in, until it boils again. 5. Add shallots. 6. Turn the heat off. Pouring the sauce on the top of tofu. 7. Enjoy. 19.01.2022 New released dish - Stir fry Lamb The green beans have a lots of natural fibers, it is quite good to cook with lamb. Also the cumin gives the lamb nice flavor. It is nice winter meal. If you haven’t tried it before and go for it. You will love it. I use radish in this dish because I have few left in my fridge. You may change it to red capsicum, make the dish looks very nice as well. #stirfrylamb #wintermeal #cookingideas

13.01.2022 Here is the recipe for the soy sauce chicken. The first step is heat the saucepan and brown the herbs. Second step is add boiling water, add dark soy sauce and soy sauce, Chinese wine. Add whole chicken in it and cook roughly 55 minutes(depending on the size of chicken). Meanwhile, turn around the chicken 3-4 times, let the whole chicken completely soak in the stock. The herbs give the chicken a lot of flavor. If u like to have a different style chicken, try it, u will like it.

10.01.2022 It is nice to have a fresh fruit yoghurt for breakfast. It is so easy simple and tasty. 3 spoons natural yoghurt 3 passion fruit Dice a few watermelon Dice a few rockmelonon... Slice a few bananas 8g organic oat Few pumpkin seeds Few Sultanas Crushed walnuts (2 whole walnuts. I get the whole walnut from the local market, it is fresher and tasty) Note: the natural yoghurt tastes a little bit boring. I will blend 2 passion fruit and use strainer to separate the seeds. I only use the juice and 1 teaspoon honey(depends on your taste) mixed completely. Process: 1. Yoghurt on the bottom 2. Place the fruit 3. Sparkling the oats, punkim seeds, crushed walnut... 4. 09.01.2022 Just a little bit of chili and goes long way... Haven’t done any video these days, we were away for our anniversary and Cindy’s birthday. After we came home and the first thing is cooking my real food. This meal just cook for myself for my hard work these days. If you are Spicy Person , true me you will like it. Here is the Recipe: Ingredients: Pork slices 400g (pork belly is best) Chili slices 150g or more... Ginger dice 10g Garlic dice 10g Shallots (short sticks) Chinese wine Soy sauce Brown sugar 1. Marinate the pork: soy sauce, Chinese wine, brown sugar. Set aside for 8 minutes. 2. Oil in the wok, when the wok is extremely hot and put pork in and quick stir fry. Brown the pork. 3. Plate the pork set aside. 4. Oil in the wok, until the wok is very hot then add garlic, ginger and chili quick stir fry 2 minutes. Add shallots. Keep stir fry until them soft and brown. 5. Add pork. Stir fry 4 minutes. 6. Serve and enjoy it #spicypork #chili #stirfrydish

08.01.2022 Homemade Cantonese Lobster . As the lobster's price dropped down recently, it is a great season and reason to cook this awesome meal. I spent rough 40 minutes to make this meal. The ingredients: whole garlic Green onion - 3 ... Ginger - 10 g Oyster mushroom - 2 of them and slice Chinese noodles Cornflour - 50g Vegetable oil - 60ml Oyster sauce - 3tsp Chinese wine - 20ml Salt - 1tsp Sugar - 1tsp Boiling water - 50ml Process: 1. Clean the lobster and chop it into small pieces 2. All of the lobster pieces’ surface with light cornflour 3. Heat vegetable oil and brown the lobster. 6 pieces at a time 4. Brown garlic, ginger, green onion and mushrooms. 5. Add Lobster and stir. Add sugar, oyster sauce, salt, boiling water. Cooking 8 minutes. 6. At the meantime, 5g cornflour with cold water. Sirt it well. Pour it into the boiling lobster and waiting for it boiling again 6. Cooking noodles. 7. Place the noodles first then lobster on the top. 8.
