22.01.2022 As we say goodbye for 2020 we would like to thank everyone for such a crazy and yet amazing year! 2020 will definitely be one to remember! After a very long building journey we officially opened Katie's Cocktail Cafe on the 1st of August and despite still being in a pandemic we managed to hit the ground running! These past 5 months have been a whirlwind of late nights, early mornings, laughter, exhaustion, excitement and most of all an overwhelming amount of support! ... We could not of done it without YOU!!!!!!! So THANKYOU! Massive team effort building, designing and installing these so a huge thanks goes to Charlie Dennis, Aaron Osborne, Cory Fogarty and Danielle Benz! Super proud and excited to have you on board!

07.01.2022 In our final week before we close for the year we have been doing a lot of reflecting on the year gone by. It is hard to imagine after how far we have come that less than 10 months ago I was standing in an empty caravan with the floor torn up and walls taken off wondering how on earth we would overcome the massive challenge that lay ahead of us. There are so many people to thank for making our dream come to life but I want to do a very special shoutout to the 'behind the sc...ene' faces who for most of the time thought I was insane but still helped with late night food runs, honest opinions, heavy lifting and most importantly, moral support when a challenge seemed too hard!
